Maison Tomé products are crafted from natural materials (Black Walnut, American Cherry, Hard Maple). You acknowledge that:
Natural variations in grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics and not defects.
The longevity of your Volume is dependent on following the prescribed care guidelines.
The "Archive a Volume" registration is required to validate your warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage resulting from improper care (e.g., dishwasher use, prolonged soaking, or failure to oil).
Maison Tomé shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
